MD01-PKІІІU manual magnetizer (magnetic П-shaped contour/yoke) is a light portable electromagnet with adjustable poles what allows to inspect complex items. It is intended for defects detection in ferromagnetic parts which relative permeability is no less than 40. Magnetization is carried out by magnetostatic field or by variable magnetic field.

 Flaw detector enables to perform parts demagnetization after testing execution. Magnetostatic field is the most convenient to use for subsurface defects detection (at the depth of up to 2..3 mm). Variable magnetic field is used for detection of the smallest surface defects. If magnetization was performed correctly, this device provides detection of defects with opening from 2,5 µm and length of more than 0,5 mm

MD01-PKІІІU magnetic flaw detector is manufactured in two versions:

1. MD01-PK – the device is powered from the mains of 220V, 50Hz.
2. MD01-PK/12 – the device is powered from the storage battery 12V.
